Close your mouth, now firmly lift your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Hold it for 11 seconds and breath deeply.

Monks use this technique when negative thoughts arise, to balance thoughts and become unified. Also in Qigong this is used to establish equilibrium in Qi energy.
Pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth activates the pituitary gland which creates a chemical connection and activates the pineal gland and hypothalamus.
